Today I baked this one-bite crisp with a little vanilla powder. The taste is still the same crispy, and there is a slight vanilla flavor. The family thinks it is delicious.

Vanilla Bite

1. Prepare a large bowl, add corn oil, eggs, soft sugar and baking powder

2. Stir with chopsticks until thick

3. Sift in low-gluten flour, vanilla powder and milk powder

4. Stir with chopsticks until there is no dry powder

5. Gently pat into a ball with a spatula and relax for 10 minutes

6. Divide the loosened dough into about 16 g/portion, group them into small balls, and place them in a baking pan with greased paper

7. Put it into the preheated oven, 160 degrees, middle level, upper and lower fire, bake for 15 minutes

Tips:

Do not knead the dough by hand, just use a spatula.
