Vanilla Mug Cake

Put the butter in the mug and heat it in the microwave for 20 seconds (power 800W) until it melts

Then add 1 egg in turn

Add 5 tablespoons low-gluten flour

Add 1 tsp of baking powder

Pour 1 tablespoon of liquid whipped cream (can be replaced by milk/yogurt)

Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Add 4 tablespoons of white sugar and 1 teaspoon of water

Stir well

Put it in the microwave for 3 minutes

After coming out, dig up 1 tablespoon of strawberry jam for decoration (don’t look at the cake on the picture, which looks like liquid, but it’s actually solid, the color is too bright haha)
Tips:
1. Although the mug cake is easy to make, you still need to work hard on the dosage to make a full shape. The main thing is to be familiar with the dosage of 1 tablespoon and 1 small tablespoon. Generally, you can master it after two contact.
2. Regardless of the amount of 4 tablespoons of white sugar, if you put 1 tablespoon less, it will not be sweet in the end.
3. There must be butter, the taste will be discounted if it is not soft and waxy
