Vanilla Pudding

Ingredients: a bag of sugar, milk, pudding powder (I use vanilla flavor, about 20 grams per bag).

Pour 500ml of milk into the pot and heat it over a medium-to-low heat. Don't add it to a boil. Add 35 grams of sugar, which is about three spoons. Stir well, turn off the heat or turn on a low heat.

Pour some milk from the pot, add pudding powder little by little, and mix well.

Pour back into the pot and stir well.

Pour it into a container, let it cool, and put it in the refrigerator for storage.

You can also add your favorite preserves, fruits, red beans, etc. on top of the pudding.
