It’s time to pull the weeds~ I wanted to make this soft-heart pie last month. It has already been listed as one of the must-do desserts, but it has been delayed until now. I wanted to make it into a chocolate soft-heart pie. As a result, I was impatient, dipped in a layer of chocolate sauce and couldn’t wait for it to dry, and went to school in a hurry, so I just stopped wrapping it up (⊙﹏⊙)b

Vanilla Soft Pie

1. The white and yolk of the egg are separated, and a little vanilla extract is dripped into the yolk

2. Beat the egg whites at high speed first

3. Add white sugar in three times and beat until wet foaming

4. Add a little corn oil and water to the egg yolk and mix well

5. Add a little strawberry jam, sift in the low powder and mix well

6. Take one third of the egg white and put it in the egg yolk paste

7. Stir evenly

8. Pour the egg yolk paste into the egg white

9. Continue to stir evenly

10. Put the mixed cake batter into a piping bag, squeeze out a round shape on the mat, and try to be the same size as possible

11. Preheat the oven, fire up and down at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes

12. You can take out the golden surface of Yuanpai

13. First half of the pie, put marshmallows on it (If you didn't buy the original flavor, I used a heart-shaped marshmallow with a strawberry flavor.)

14. Put it in a microwave oven, put it on medium-high heat for 20 seconds, take it out immediately, cover with the other half

15. Add a little whipped cream to the chocolate, and the insulated water will melt

16. Use the prepared pie and roll it in a circle, it becomes a chocolate pie

17. Of course, you can also choose to eat the vanilla flavor directly

18. Soft pie

19. Let's eat

Tips:

1. The settings of the oven and microwave are for reference only.
2. Don't heat the marshmallows for too long or too short a time. If the time is short, the marshmallows will not melt, and they will become hard when they are long.
3. Determine the amount of marshmallows according to the size of the pie. This size should be divided into half. I'm lazy and put one directly.
