Vanilla Sour Cream Cherry Ice Cream

Prepare the required materials

Add fine sugar to the egg yolk and beat until the egg yolk is slightly fluffy and whitish. Set aside

Put the milk in a small milk pot and add vanilla extract, heat it until small bubbles are formed on the side of the pot and turn off the heat

Add the hot milk to the egg yolks in portions and mix well while stirring

Add cornstarch and stir well

Pour the mixed liquid back into the small milk pot and heat it until the liquid is thick. Remove from the fire and let cool to room temperature. Put it in the refrigerator to cool

Put the sour cream in the refrigerated milk liquid and mix it to form an ice cream liquid, and pour it into the ice cream bucket

Start the bread machine imix program, the ice cream is mixing

After the program is over, take about 1/3 of the soft ice cream and put it in the container, and evenly spread it in a proper amount of cherry sauce

Add 1/3 of the ice cream, then spread the cherry sauce, and finally put all the remaining ice cream in the freezer and freeze hard.

Take out before eating, use an ice cream scoop to scoop the balls and eat
Tips:
1. If you want to taste more ice, you can put it in the freezer for half an hour before eating.
2. According to personal preference, 1 iMix can be added after the program ends, the taste is more delicate.
3. Remember to freeze the ice bucket in advance before making it.
4. I use the special program for PE8500W bread machine IMIX ice cream.
