Vegan Seaweed Wrapped Rice
                            
                                1.
                                ⑴ Prepare the rice first (I cook it with germ rice)
 Because brown rice has poor viscosity, rice (polished rice) has a high sugar content and no nutrition.
 ⑵ Prepare a piece of seaweed (the seaweed for sushi)

                                ⑶ Put a piece of stewed tofu and carrot slices/cucumber slices (raw) on top of the rice.
