Vegetable and Pork Liver Soup

Shredded ginger

Soak the whole piece of pig liver in cold water, soak the blood to remove it for later use

Tips:
1. When choosing pork liver, be sure to pay attention to freshness, no peculiar smell, no different color, no nodules.
2. Pork liver is the largest detoxification organ in the pig, so it must be cleaned and blanched before eating.
3. Turn off the heat when the vegetables become soft.
4. It is best to use small green cabbage rice seedlings (chicken hairpin).
5. The cholesterol content in pig liver is high. It is not recommended for patients with three highs to eat more pig liver.
