Vegetable and Shrimp Soup

Prepare vegetables, shrimps, and carrots.

After washing the vegetables, soak them in water for later use

Blanch the vegetables and carrots in a pot under water until cooked.

Wash the shrimps and blanch them until they are broken.
7.
Choose whether to drop a few drops of sesame oil according to your taste.
Tips:
If you want the soup base to be more oily, you can add a little olive oil or sesame oil.
