Vegetable Cookies

The butter softens at room temperature.

Add the caster sugar to the butter.

Use a whisk to beat the butter until it is fluffy and whitish.

Beat the eggs and pour them into the butter.

Stir the egg and butter evenly.

Wash the vegetables and cut into fines. (As long as more than 10 grams is enough, I have more in the picture, and the rest is for quiche)

Sift the low flour into the butter and stir evenly.

Divide the mixed batter into three portions, add different vegetable powders, and mix well.
9.
Put the mixed batter into a piping bag. (In order to make the biscuits more tidy, you can use the decorating mouth)
10.
Squeeze a strip of about 8 cm on the baking tray, put it in the preheated oven at 165 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes
