I always like to eat egg fried rice. I simply cut my favorite vegetables into cubes. You can also add meat, intestines and other ingredients, and add everything you like. A bowl of rice, there are countless variations. Taste, convenient, fast and delicious, right? It’s said that I eat radish in winter and ginger in summer. I cut the diced radish and put it in the egg fried rice. It's crunchy and delicious~

Vegetable Egg Fried Rice

1. Prepare all the ingredients, diced vegetables and meat for later use.

2. Put oil in the pot and stir-fry with chopped green onion after heating

3. Add the diced meat and stir fry until the color changes

4. Add diced radish and stir fry

5. Add diced onion and stir fry

6. Add rice to stir fry, press it fully, so that it tastes more delicious

7. Add the egg mixture and stir fry, add salt before out of the pan, and stir well.

Tips:

You can replace the diced vegetables with any other vegetables you like~
