Vegetable Fritters

Mix all the ingredients together. (You can put a little less flour first, then add it slowly later).

Stir evenly and make a paste.

Pour oil in the pan (the pan is good for shaping, and the thickness is easy to control).

Pour in an appropriate amount of paste and spread it evenly with a spatula. Fry on both sides over low fire. After being cooked, use a shovel to produce from the middle.

Roll it up from one side, and the vegetable quiche is ready.
