Vegetable Noodle Pie

1. Beat eggs, chop carrots and broccoli.

2. Pour the carrots, broccoli, and cooked noodles into the egg mixture and mix.

3. Sift into the ingredients, flour, and mix well.

4. Brush oil in the pan, pour the batter, and start frying.

5. When the noodles are solidified and the noodles are golden brown, turn over and continue frying.

6. Fry the dough with golden brown on both sides, take it out of the pan, cut into pieces and serve on a plate.
