Vegetable pancakes are local traditional snacks with unique flavors in the southern Shandong area. They are suitable for all ages and can be eaten for a long time. They are the most suitable instant fast food for fast-paced workers. Vegetable pancakes are also a staple food for people in Zibo, Shandong. Yesterday, my friend sent a lot of pancakes and remembered this traditional snack, so I acted immediately and fried these pancakes.

Ingredients

Vegetable Pancakes

1. Choose to wash the leeks

2. Mince

3. Soaked fungus in advance, chopped

4. Tofu chopped

5. Pour oily scrambled eggs in a wok, mash and serve

6. Use a frying pan with scrambled eggs to stir-fry the tofu for a while (to remove the beany smell)

7. Pour the above four ingredients and shrimp skins into a larger container

8. Add the right amount of salt and mix well with the vegetable pie filling and it's ready

9. Take a pancake and put the filling on top

10. Fold up the bottom first, then fold the left side

11. Finally, fold the right side to completely wrap the filling

12. Pour a little oil in the frying pan and fry on low heat until both sides are slightly yellow.

13. The golden-colored vegetable pancakes can be enjoyed

Tips:

It is best to use a non-stick pan to fry the whole time on a low fire
