Vegetable Pasta Soup

Cut tomatoes into cubes, peel potatoes and carrots and cut into small pieces of the same size. Wash celery and cut into small pieces about the same size as potatoes and carrots. Cut cabbage into small square slices. Peel the garlic and pat into garlic cubes and onions. Cut into slices

Heat the pan, pour olive oil, add a small piece of butter, heat on low heat until the butter melts

Pour in garlic, onion and fry until fragrant. Add potatoes and carrots and stir fry for a few minutes, then let them stir fry together like tomatoes

Stir-fry until the tomatoes come out of the soup, pour in enough stock, simmer until the potatoes and carrots are soft, pour into the small shell pasta

When the pasta is 5 minutes cooked, pour cabbage and celery and cook together. Add salt and pepper according to the taste, and then you can enjoy
