Vegetable Salad

Wash all the ingredients and set aside.

Dice cucumbers, carrots, onions, and potatoes! (Cucumber, onion, and carrot each used half)

Boil water in the pot, blanch the diced potatoes and carrots (boil the water before adding).

After blanching, super cool water.
5.
Pour all the diced vegetables together, add salt, white pepper and mix well.
6.
Just mix it well and put it on the plate! Finally, squeeze the salad dressing.
