Vegetable Salad

Prepare the ingredients; the egg is optional. This egg is left over from breakfast. The vegetables are the existing vegetables at home. If there is a cucumber, it will be more refreshing.

Wash and tear the lettuce. You can eat more raw lettuce without any worms, so lettuce has no residual pesticides. Wash and dice yellow tomatoes, red peppers, and onions.

Put all the ingredients in the basin, add an appropriate amount of sugar and a little salt (according to your own taste) and mix well.

Peel and cut the eggs into the pot, and pour the salad juice into the pot.

Stir evenly, so that each ingredient is evenly covered with salad juice.

Tips:
1. Vegetable salad has no strict requirements on the ingredients. You can mix and match as long as you like. Cucumber, radish, and cabbage are all good choices. What needs to be reminded is that cold dishes are best fresh vegetables. If they are left in the refrigerator for too long, they will lose their sweet taste and some of their nutrients, making them no longer suitable for cold dishes.
2. The prepared vegetable salad is easy to spoil, it is best to eat it all at once. It should be noted that not all vegetables can be eaten raw!
