Vegetable Slimming Soup

Peel the lettuce shoots, wash the tomatoes, carrots, onions, and lettuce shoots, and cut them into the same size hob pieces; wash the sweet corn and cut the celery into sections

Pour a little vegetable oil into the soup pot, add the onion cubes and half of the tomato cubes, stir-fry for 1 minute on low heat, until the tomato juice becomes soft, pour enough water into the soup pot

Add carrots, lettuce shoots and sweet corn after boiling on high heat, turn to medium heat after boiling again, cover and cook for 5 minutes

Add the celery and remaining tomatoes, continue to boil for 1 minute, and finally season with salt and pepper.
