Vegetable Wanton Noodles

1. Prepare noodles

2. Prepare the wontons, of course, not all of them are cooked in the picture, just put as much as you want

3. Prepare choy sum, tomato and ginger

4. Minced ginger

5. Tomato diced

6. Boil a pot of boiling water

7. Add Choy Sum

8. Join Wonton

9. Choy sum is cooked faster than wanton

10. Sheng Chu Wonton

11. Add the noodles and cook until cooked

14. Boil an appropriate amount of boiling water

Tips:

The choy sum and the wonton can be cooked at the same time. Since the choy sum is cooked faster than the wonton, when the choy sum is cooked, it should be served immediately and continue to cook the wonton until cooked.
