Vegetarian Cauliflower

Cut the cauliflower, cut the carrots and garnish with flowers, remove the stems of the mushrooms and cut them with a cross knife.

Add oil in a hot pan, add garlic and radish and stir fry until fragrant. Add cauliflower and shiitake mushrooms and stir fry over high heat.

Add 30g of water and simmer for 1 minute.

Tips:
The blanching water should be put in order according to the degree of maturity of the ingredients. The tidal time should not be too long to avoid affecting the taste.
