Vegetarian Chicken Wings and Red Pepper Stir-fried Chinese Cabbage

1. Remove the seeds and shred the red pepper. Soak the chicken wings in water and tear them into shreds by hand.

2. Wash the cabbage and cut into sections, and slice the garlic.

3. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and saute, add chicken wings and red pepper and stir fry for a while.

4. Add Chinese cabbage.
