Vegetarian Dumplings

Fry the eggs into golden yellow eggs in advance, and set aside. Soak the crushed vermicelli in hot water for about 10 minutes, remove and drain, chop and mix with eggs.

Wash and dry the leeks, chop them into pieces, and mix them with egg vermicelli.

Tips:
For leek stuffing, you can't put salt first, it's easy to get water, you need to put oil first to lock the moisture.
