Roasted Mushrooms and Chives with Black Pepper
1.
Wash the mushrooms and remove the stalks, soak them in salt water for ten minutes. Prepare a small amount of olive oil.
2.
Remove the water from the salted water, mark the "cross" on the mushrooms with a knife, then evenly brush with a layer of olive oil, sprinkle a little salt and black pepper.
3.
Preheat the oven at 220 degrees, heat the middle layer up and down, and bake for 10 minutes.
4.
Tumble the young leeks in hot water and remove them immediately. Spread them in a baking dish lined with tin foil, brush with a layer of olive oil, and sprinkle with black pepper, salt, chili, and cumin powder. Some sliced shiitake mushrooms can be placed on the side of the plate.
5.
Bake them together in the same heat until cooked.
Tips:
1. The taste of shiitake mushrooms soaked in salt water will be more tender.
2. There will be some water after the mushrooms are roasted. Even so, don't add too much salt. The black pepper will improve the taste.
