Tips:
The dumpling skins made by buying dumpling flour are really delicious and very strong noodles. Match the fillings as you like. I wanted to decorate the dumplings with the color of vegetables to make them look better, but when they boiled rice dishes, they turned red and thought they could be dyed, but they turned white after steaming. Next time I try to use other vegetables to see if it can be dyed.
