Vegetarian Fried Corn Kernels

Prepare corn cooked in advance.

Peel off the corn kernels.

Cucumbers and carrots are diced.

Heat the wok with oil, add cucumbers and carrots to the pan.

Add corn kernels and stir-fry on high heat. Pour in some hot water. Add salt, monosodium glutamate, and sugar.

Stir fry evenly and turn off the heat.
