Vegetarian Fried Mushroom

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Remove the roots and wash the oyster mushrooms, tear them into small pieces, slice carrots, green onions, small green peppers, and slice garlic.

3. Blanch oyster mushrooms and carrot slices, too cold.
