Vegetarian Fried Mushrooms

Sliced shiitake mushrooms.

Slice onion and green pepper.

Add the scallion, ginger and garlic to the pot, add the mushrooms, a small amount of dark soy sauce, and stir-fry evenly. Add green peppers and onions. Pour the right amount of salt out of the pot.
