Vegetarian Fried Pugua

1. Ingredients: Pugua (peeled, washed and sliced), carrots (washed, peeled and sliced), black fungus (soaked and washed)

2. Pour oil in a saucepan to heat, add carrots and black fungus and stir fry.

3. Then, combine the Pugua and add an appropriate amount of water.

4. Stir fry until the squash and carrots are cooked and soft.

5. Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

6. Add the right amount of MSG.

7. Stir-fry well and serve.
