Vegetarian Fried Seaweed Shreds

Wash the kelp shreds, chop them, and set aside.

Chop the green onion, ginger, garlic and chili and set aside.

When the oil is boiled, add the green onion, ginger, garlic and chili and stir fry to create a fragrant flavor.

Tips:
