Vegetarian Fried White Jade Mushroom

Prepare ingredients.
2.
Blanch the white jade mushrooms.
3.
Scallions, sliced ginger, garlic and set aside.
4.
Saute the chives, ginger, garlic, and pepper powder in oil.
5.
Stir in tomato sauce, add white jade mushrooms and stir fry.
6.
Stir in steamed fish and tempeh, salt and stir well.
7.
Just add hot stir-frying fresh dew before starting the pan.
Tips:
White jade mushrooms can be blanched, not too long.
