Vegetarian Jelly
1.
Shred potatoes and set aside
2.
Pour into the pot and blanch in water
3.
Blanched potato shreds for later use
4.
Shred cucumber and set aside
5.
Cut the jelly into small pieces and set aside
6.
Cut ginger, garlic, green onion and soak in warm water
7.
Soak the jelly with warm water
8.
Add the previously prepared ingredients to the jelly
9.
Just mix it well and you can eat it!
