Vegetarian Stir-fried Cabbage Moss

Cabbage moss

Pinch the cabbage moss into small sections, remove the old tendons and other useless parts, and then wash and drain.

Add appropriate amount of cooking oil and lard to a dry pan to heat up.

Add the cabbage moss to high heat and stir fry for about 3 minutes, until the vegetables are cooked, add some salt and stir well.

Finished product.
