Vegetarian Stir-fried Cabbage Slices

The cabbage heart and cherry tomatoes are soaked in light salt water for 10 minutes and washed repeatedly. The cabbage is sliced diagonally; the cherry tomatoes are sliced.

The garlic is peeled, washed and sliced, and the ginger is peeled, washed and sliced. Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, sauté five-spice powder, ginger and garlic slices.

Add the cabbage slices and stir fry, then add the cherry tomatoes and stir fry.

Stir fry over high heat until the cherry tomatoes are out of the soup, add salt, sugar, and seafood soy sauce to taste.

Put it out of the pot and stir-fry quickly over high heat to lock the moisture, making the cabbage crispy and refreshing.
Tips:
1. The cabbage should be washed first and then cut to ensure that no nutrition is lost.
2. Stir-fry in high heat, crisp and tender, you can thicken it if you like it.
