Vegetarian Stir-fried Mustard Stems

Prepare the required ingredients.

Chop garlic into minced garlic.
3.
Cut dried chili into sections.
4.
Cut the mustard stalks into long strips.
5.
Blanch the cut mustard stalks in boiling salted water and drain the water for later use.

Heat the oil in a pan and saute the garlic.

Add the chili and stir fry a few times.

Add mustard stalks, stir fry for a while, add appropriate amount of soy sauce to taste.
Tips:
1. Because dried chili is easy to burn, it must be fast when frying, otherwise the chili will be burnt and the taste will become bitter.
2. Mustard stalks will have a slight bitter taste, and it will taste sweeter when blanched in boiling salt water.
