Lotus Root Stir Fry

Peel and wash lotus root

Cut into small cubes and rinse in water to remove some of the starch

Put water in the pot to boil, add the lotus root to blanch the water, remove it and let it cool, so as to keep the lotus root crisp

Dice carrots and mustard stems
5.
Put oil in the pan, add the green onion and stir fragrantly, add carrots and mustard stalks and stir fry
6.
Add lotus root and stir fry together, add salt, cooking wine, and a little sugar to taste

A crisp and refreshing lotus root stir-fry.
