Stir-fried Bamboo Shoots with Bacon and Mustard Greens

Sliced bacon, mustard stems, bamboo shoots (if the bacon is too salty, soak it in advance to remove the salt).

Put oil in the pan, add the bacon and stir fry to get the oil.

Add mustard stalks and bamboo shoots and fry until cooked.

Add appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine to season the pot.
