Vegetarian Stir-fried Rapeseed

Wash the rapeseed and let it dry.

Warm the oil in a pan.
3.
Add rapeseed and stir fry.
4.
Stir-fry until the rape is soft, add a little salt.
5.
Pick up the pot and sprinkle a little sesame seeds.
Tips:
During the whole process, add salt when the rapeseed becomes soft, stir and fry evenly and immediately out of the pan. Don’t fry for too long, otherwise the rape will turn yellow immediately.
