Vegetarian Stir-fried Rapeseed

Tear the rapeseed into small leaves, wash and control water.

Scallions and garlic slices.
3.
Heat the pan with cold oil and saute the shallots and garlic, add the greens and stir fry.
4.
Stir-fry until all the greens are soft, add salt and stir fry.
5.
Finally, add chicken essence and turn off the heat.
