Vegetarian Stir-fried Vegetable Sprouts

Cabbage sprouts.

Pinch the spinach into small pieces, tear off the skin on the stem, wash and drain.

Pour an appropriate amount of salad oil and a small amount of lard into the pot, add the vegetable stalks to high heat and stir fry for about 5 minutes.

When the vegetable sprouts are cooked, add salt and stir well.

Tips:
If the stems of cabbage sprouts are too thick, they can be cut in half.
