Vegetarian Twice-cooked Pork

First cut the dried white tofu into small pieces, and cut the garlic sprouts into sections;

Wash the Coprinus comatus and cut into slices;

Green and red peppers are removed and cut into pieces, ginger and garlic are sliced;

Heat oil, add sliced Coprinus comatus, and fry on low heat until slightly yellow;

Dry white tofu and fry until golden brown;

Pour the oil, add the bean paste and fry to get the red oil;

Add sliced ginger and garlic and stir fry until fragrant;

Pour in the fried dried tofu and Coprinus comatus and stir well;

Add chili cubes and continue to fry for half a minute;
10.
Add the garlic sprouts and fry until they are ripe.
