Venetian Malan Head

Boil the louvers with boiling water, drain off the water and dice.

Ma Lan's hair was washed clean. Add water to the pot to boil, pour a spoonful of oil, put in the malan, and remove it immediately after it is softened.

After squeezing the water, cut into vegetable pieces, not too finely chopped.

Pick up the frying pan and pour half the spatula oil.

Low heat, add marangtou and fennel, stir fry, add light soy sauce, salt, sugar, mix well and turn off the heat. Add appropriate amount of sesame oil and mix well.
Tips:
1. When blanching Malan head, add a spoon of oil to the pot to prevent the Malan head from turning yellow.
2. Stir-fry and mix well in a fast speed.
