Viennese Cookies

Soften the butter, add powdered sugar and salt,

Add egg whites all at once,

Beat until the butter becomes light and feathery,

Sift in low-gluten flour and cocoa powder,

Mix well with a spatula,

Put it in a piping bag,

Squeeze out your favorite cookie shape, the size should be the same,
