Vietnamese Spring Rolls

Soak the spring roll wrappers in water to soften.

Prepare the ingredients you like, shredded, fruits and vegetables, and the colors are richer and more beautiful. (I fry the carrot shreds because I don’t like the texture of raw carrots)

Put it on the spring roll wrapper

Roll it up, put a few slices of kiwi fruit, mint leaves, fresh shrimp, mango slices, etc. on it, it will look good, and then wrap it in a layer.
5.
Cut up and serve with Thai sweet chili sauce.
