Vietnamese Summer Rolls are Super Easy
1.
Wash the vegetables and cut them into strips, blanch the Vietnamese rice noodles and shrimps, and cook the chicken breasts and cut them into strips.
2.
The Vietnamese rice paper I bought was soaked in the water
3.
Add all the ingredients according to your preference and roll them up like spring rolls!
4.
There are several kinds of dipping sauces, and I like the strong-flavored sauces: sliced garlic or minced garlic. Add oil to the pan, add minced garlic and fry until fragrant, add sugar and hoisin sauce, and start the pan.
5.
It tastes best when you roll it up!
Tips:
The unique scent of the Vietnamese nine-story pagoda is very good. The chicken shreds don’t need to be too thin, and you can cut it into thick pieces. The shrimp can be added or not added if you like. If you like a vegetarian, you can use cucumber shreds instead of chicken shreds. The cooked peanuts are more fragrant with the sauce!
