Vinegar Baby Dishes

Cut green onion into sections, shred dried red pepper and set aside

Cut baby cabbage into long strips, wash and drain.

Boil the baby cabbage in boiling water and remove it to drain.

Heat oil in a wok, add green onions and dried red chili until fragrant
5.
Pour baby cabbage over high heat and stir fry
6.
Add salt, white vinegar, white sugar, chicken essence and stir well
