Vinegar Cabbage

Wash the cabbage leaves and cut into sections. I didn’t buy a very big one, so it’s just enough for one plate.

Three spoons of vinegar, one spoon of salt, two spoons of steamed fish soy sauce, plus starch and a little water to make a juice for later use
