Vinegar Cabbage

Wash the cabbage, beat the slanted blade into thin slices

Chop the green onion, ginger, and garlic. Cut more garlic, half for frying pan, and half for juice

Take a bowl, add vinegar, sugar, one or two kinds of soy sauce, salt, half of minced garlic, and mix thoroughly

Heat up the pan and add oil. Now when 30% is hot, let the green onion, ginger and minced garlic saute, stir fry the cabbage slices until they are slightly soft, pour in the juice and continue to fry until the cabbage 6 and 7 are mature.
