Vinegar Hollow Terrier

Convolvulus stems set aside.

Wash the stems and cut into sections.
3.
Finely chop garlic.
4.
Heat oil in a pan and saute the garlic.
5.
Add vegetable stems.
6.
Fry until the color changes, add salt and chicken essence to taste.
7.
Add rice vinegar and stir quickly evenly.
Tips:
Rice vinegar will evaporate, and after adding rice vinegar, the color of vegetable stems will turn yellow, so it is best to add rice vinegar before cooking.
