Vinegar Soaked Black Beans

Prepare vinegar and black beans.

Put the black beans in the water and wash them well.

Then put it in a saucepan and sauté over medium heat.

Stir-fry until the skin of the tofu is cracked and the aroma of beans emerges out of the pan.

After letting cool, put it in a container.

Pour 2 times the vinegar, close the lid and seal it, and you can eat it in a week.

Tips:
1. Do not soak beans with plastic products.
2. Put more vinegar, over the beans. Don't eat too much at a time, it's about 20-30 pills, stick to it!
3. Stir-fry the beans until the aroma emerges, usually when they are seven mature.
4. Do not use white vinegar to soak beans.
