Vinegar Soaked Peanuts
1.
Wash the peanuts in advance, and control the moisture~fry the peanuts in a pot with cold oil
2.
In about a minute, the peanuts can be turned off after the peanuts are colored
3.
To control the oil of peanuts, pour into a glass bowl, add a little white wine while it is hot (the peanuts made can maintain a crispy texture)
4.
Mix the special-grade fresh soy sauce, aged vinegar, sugar, and salt together, simmer in a pot over low heat
5.
After one or two minutes, the sugar will melt and the mixture will foam, then turn off the heat and cool to room temperature.
6.
While cooling the seasoning, wash and cut the diced onion, and put the diced onion and peanuts together
7.
Pour the cooled seasoning into the peanuts, shake the glass bowl slightly to make the seasoning and peanuts fully contact
8.
If you like the spicy taste, you can put some chili in it. I put long and thin green peppers and dried red chilies, and added some coriander to taste. Cover with a plate or other cutlery, stuffy for more than 4 hours, you can eat directly after the taste ~ crispy, sweet and sour, delicious
Tips:
The salt can be left on, it depends on personal preference~
