Beat eggs + fine sugar and mix well

Add milk and stir well

Mix low-gluten flour, cornstarch and baking powder and sift into the egg batter, stir until smooth

Pour the melted butter and stir well

After mixing the batter, pour it on the waffle mold

Put the waffles in the oven, 180 degrees in fast heat mode, and bake for 18 minutes
